     John W. Hiemer was born on 13 October 1891. He married Edith Alt, daughter of Joseph Alt and Caroline Zwiener, on 15 February 1916 at Sacred Heart Church, Shelby, Nebraska; Rev. A. Wagner married them.¹ John W. Hiemer died on 8 November 1946 at age 55. He was buried after 8 November 1946 at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Shelby, Nebraska.

     Frank J. Thelen Sr. married Valeria Alt, daughter of Joseph Alt and Caroline Zwiener, on 18 November 1919 at Sacred Heart Church, Shelby, Nebraska; Rev. A. Wagner married them.² Frank J. Thelen Sr. died on 8 October 1977.²

     Lawrence E. Alt was born on 16 April 1920. He died on 26 February 1951 at age 30. He died in a car accident.¹ He was buried after 26 February 1951 at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Shelby, Nebraska.¹

     Walter Harold Nielsen was born on 9 July 1907 at Omaha, Nebraska.² He was a Chevrolet dealer for 23 years after which he helped start the North Platte State Bank. He died on 14 July 1987 at North Platte, Nebraska, at age 80.²

     Ferdinand Alt was born on 13 September 1868 at Girsig.¹ He died on 25 December 1872 at age 4. October, 2006 In phone conversation Janice to told Bruce Alt that her Aunt Marie Alt told her one time that Franz and Cecilia Alt had a son by the name of Ferndinand born and died in Europe before they immigrated to America.¹

     Dolores Thelen died on January 2003.¹

     Natallia Schmid was born on 1 August 1885. She married Ferdinand Alt, son of Karl Franz Alt and Cacilia Turk, on 6 March 1905 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Bellwood, Nebraska; Rev. John J. Hoffman officiating. Natallia Schmid died on 15 August 1950 at age 65. She was buried after 15 August 1950 at St. Joseph's Cemetery, 6 miles west of Bellwood, Nebraska.
