She married Edmund Thomas Reeves, son of John Reeves and Margaret White Lee, on 24 March 1896 at Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska; Certificate of Marriage on File.^1,2 Elizabeth Carson Stuart died on 1 January 1948 at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, at age 72; Certificate of death #612, age 71 years, 8 months, 7 days, father Thomas Stuart of Ireland, mother Mary Stewart of Ireland, lived at 903 West 1st, Grand Island, NE. ON FILE.CHECK THE PARENTS. She was buried on 4 January 1948 at Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska.

     Helena Matilda Louise Troh was born on 7 November 1875 at Stettin.¹ She emigrated in 1881 from Stettin; She and her parents took passage to San Antonio, Texas. Becoming homesick, the family returned to Germany. In a short time, they came again to America, this time making their home in Kansas City, MO. until April, 1887, when they relocated to Central City.² She and John Coakley Reeves moved to a farm 8 mile SW, Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska, in February 1898,the 35 mile move was made in an open wagon, on an extremely cold winter day, and Helena was pregnant with her first child. A new born calf, sheltered from the weather in one of the wagons, perished on the journey.³ Helena Matilda Louise Troh married John Coakley Reeves, son of John Reeves and Margaret White Lee, on 27 April 1898 at Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska.^4,5,1,6 Helena Matilda Louise Troh resided after 27 April 1898 at Nance County, Nebraska.² She died on 6 October 1940 at Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska, at age 64; Date of death in 1981 Merrick County History shows 8 Oct 1940.^7,1 She was buried after 6 October 1940 at North Cemetery, Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska.¹

     Anna Philomena Mcmahon was born on 30 April 1886 at Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska.² She married Grover Clevland Reeves, son of John Reeves and Margaret White Lee, on 27 October 1909 at Central City, Merrrick County, Nebraska; Witnesses to this marriage were James McMahon and Marie McMahon.^3,4,5,6 Anna Philomena Mcmahon resided after 27 October 1909 at farm southwest of town, Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska.¹ She was buried in 1974 at Central City Cemetery, Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska; Her funeral services were held at St. Michael's Catholic Church at 10 a.m. The Rev. Kenneth Karl officiated. Visitation hours were to be from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, at Solt and Byers Funeral Home. A Rosary was to be recited at 8 p.m.¹ She died in 1974 at Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska; Anna's sister Marie McMahon of Kearney is mentioned as one of her survivors. I believe it was this sister that my mother was named after.¹

     Rachel Harriet Morrison was born on 4 August 1826 at Taylor County, Kentucky.³ She married John Reeves, son of John Reeves and Catherine Perry, on 15 December 1851 at Osseold, Taylor County, Kentucky; Taylor County Marriages-Book 2, 1851-1856, John Reeves and Rachael H. Morrison, bond-James Morrison-15 Dec 1851.^1,4 Rachel Harriet Morrison and John Reeves were land transactors in the Taylor County KY, Deed Book 3, page 548. Indenture made 9 April 1858 by John and Rachel Reeves to John Wood for 90 3/4 acres on Little Brush Creek for sum of $350.00. Following the deed, Catherine Reeves signed a statement relinquishing all the interest in the dower of this piece of land on 9 April 1858. Rachel Harriet Morrison died on 4 August 1860 at Taylor County, Kentucky, at age 34.^3,5 She was buried after 4 August 1860 at Morrison Cemetery, 1 mile N of Mac, Taylor County, Kentucky; Taylor County Hist. Society Quarterly, Fall 1982, page 20-Reeves Cemetery: On highway 210, past Social Band Road, turn off on former Harland Wright farm, also former Reeves farm. Recorded by Roger Corbin, Rosa M. Reeves, and Betty J. Gorin 22 September 1977. Rachel Reeves-1826-4 August 1860 and 3 unknown graves.³

She married John Reeves, son of John Reeves and Catherine Perry, on 29 July 1861 at Green County, Kentucky; Green County Marriages-1853-1863, Bond signed by John Reaves and James M. Morrison, marriage to be solemnized between; John Reaves and F.C. Swigley, 29 Jul 1861.² Sarah J Swigler died circa 1887; from sketchy records it appears that she died at the birth of her child, Fielding.^3,2

     Henderson Reeves was born in 1812 at Kentucky; according to the 1850 Taylor, County census.^1,2,3,4 He married Parthenia Combs, daughter of William Combs and Mary Skaggs, on 22 June 1831 at Green County, Kentucky.^1,5,6,7 Henderson Reeves appeared on the census of 1850 at Taylor County, Kentucky; Henderson Reeves, age 38, male, born KY, Parthenia Reeves, age 39, female, born KY, Cynthia Reeves, age 18, female, born KY, Catherine Reeves, 16, female, KY, Polly Reeves, 13, female, KY, Milly Reeves, 11, female, KY, Solomon Reeves, 5, male, KY, Harriett Reeves, 3, female, KY, Sally Reeves, 1, female, KY. Hewas in the Abstract of Tax Records, 1835, Henderson Reeves, 1 male whites above 21, 3 horses, total value $50.00.

     Parthenia Combs was born in 1811 at Kentucky; according to the 1850 Taylor, County census.² She married Henderson Reeves, son of John Reeves and Catherine Perry, on 22 June 1831 at Green County, Kentucky.^3,4,5,6 Parthenia Combs died before 1860 at Kentucky.⁷

     Ruth Reeves was born on 4 August 1821 at Green County, Kentucky.^2,3,4 She married John Hash on 8 June 1842 at Green County, Kentucky; They were married by John Oaks.^1,5,6 Ruth Reeves appeared on the census of 1850; 1850 Taylor County, KY, Census. John Hash, 30, male, farmer, KY, Ruth Hsh, 33, female, KY, Wm R. 6, male, KY, John 4, male, KY, Berry, 3,male, KY, Melerna C. 10/12, female, KY. She died on 1 October 1871 at Taylor County, Kentucky, at age 50.^3,4 She was buried at Hash Cemetery # 2.⁴

     John Hash was born on 6 July 1821 at Kentucky.^2,3 He married Ruth Reeves, daughter of John Reeves and Catherine Perry, on 8 June 1842 at Green County, Kentucky; They were married by John Oaks.^1,4,2 John Hash died on 9 December 1864 at age 43; He is buried in Hash Cemetery #2 in Taylor County, KY.²

     Thornberry Reeves was reportedly born circa 1810.² He died before February 1849 at Madison County, Missouri.³

     Susan Reeves was born circa 1808 at Kentucky.^2,3,4 She married William T Skaggs, son of David Skaggs and Margaret Cannon, on 3 March 1828 at Green County, Kentucky; William Skaggs and Susan Reeves bond 3 Mar 1828, William Skaggs and Berry Reeves, Consent-John Reeves and Berry Reeves, Consent William Skaggs, father, Married 5 Mar 1828 by John D. Oakes.^1,5,6,4 Susan Reeves died in April 1880 at Larue County, Kentucky.⁷

     Rebecca Reeves was reportedly born circa 1806.² She died on 1 September 1886 at Kentucky.³

     Mildred Jane Reeves was reportedly born circa 1822.² She married James McDonald Huber.^1,3,2 Mildred Jane Reeves died; She died when their three children were small.²

     James McDonald Huber was born circa 1822.² He married Mildred Jane Reeves, daughter of John Reeves and Catherine Perry.^1,3,2 James McDonald Huber died in 1903; He is buried at Corinth Cemetery on Hiway 210 about 10 miles from Hodgenville, KY.²

     Anna Nancy Reeves was born on 18 September 1824 at Campbellsville, Green County, Kentucky.^3,4,2 She married Elisha Henry Roark, son of Willam Roark and Nancy Warner, in February 1838 at Green County, Kentucky; They were married by John D. Oaks.^1,5,3,2,6 Anna Nancy Reeves also shows on Nov 1853 Rosey Skaggs, age 3, died of croup, born and died Taylor County, KY. Parents E and Nancy Roarks. She died after 1880.⁷

     Elisha Henry Roark was reportedly born on 12 April 1815 at Campbellsville, Taylor County, Kentucky.² He married Anna Nancy Reeves, daughter of John Reeves and Catherine Perry, in February 1838 at Green County, Kentucky; They were married by John D. Oaks.^1,4,5,2,6 Elisha Henry Roark died on 11 April 1881 at Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska, at age 65.² He was buried at Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska.²
